Team Casino

TeamUnity’s Team Casino program begins with each team choosing a Captain and receiving a specific dollar amount worth of chips. The Captains will be responsible for dividing the chips amongst their team’s participants.

Structured Team Play- Great for team communication, trust and collaboration Teams follow a rotation throughout the activity which takes them through the different casino tables for a limited time period. Teams must remain together while rotating. At each table, our professional dealers and pit boss will help instruct teams on how to communicate and work best together to be successful. Unlike most casinos where individuals play for personal glory, participants are asked to stay in their teams with the goal of working together to earn the most chips.

Independent Team Play- Allows individuals to play as they wish – less team structure Teams are assigned a “home base” table where they start. Teams can play independently throughout and then regroup at the “home base” table. Team chips will be combined and an ultimate winning team will be announced.
