Take The Cake

TeamUnity brings cake decorating beyond the kitchen and into a dynamic, collaborative environment designed to inspire creativity, communication, and teamwork.

This interactive challenge invites participants to channel their inner master pastry chef and work together to create visually impressive and imaginative cakes.

Participants will be assigned to teams and welcomed by a program director who will outline the objectives and guidelines for the activity. Each team will be randomly assigned a famous landmark or, if preferred, a theme aligned with your corporate meeting or brand. Teams will then be given time to brainstorm, sketch their concepts, and align on a design before beginning execution.

Throughout the challenge, teams decorate and focus on completing tasks to unlock these extras, encouraging strategic planning, role delegation, and collaboration. At the conclusion of the activity, a resident Pastry Chef, a company executive, or TeamUnity staff member will evaluate the creations and recognize standout teams across several categories, including:
