Pipeline is a synergistic team development event where sub-groups are each responsible for building a segment of a marble delivery system which, when connected, will result in a display of creativity, precision, and execution.
With teams collaborating to carefully plan each stage of their building strategy, all participants contribute to the concept, design, purchasing and production of the pipeline. The program begins with each team receiving construction materials for the start of the collaborative project.
Each team will carefully plan their building strategy using construction materials which may include bamboo, plastic PVC piping, rope and tying materials. Communication and collaboration with other teams is essential, as marbles must freely travel from one end to the other, aided only by the laws of physics!
Each component of this great program is designed to give participants the opportunity to contribute in the concept, design, purchasing and production of the Pipeline – analogous to a real-world product delivery system. After an exciting testing phase to expose and correct any inadequate links, participants will witness the very first successful delivery along the entire length of their structure!

Space Requirement:
10′ x 10′ floor space per team. Consider the same approximate space you would use for your group’s meal.
