TeamUnity’s Bridge It is an interactive, hands-on team building experience designed to challenge participants to communicate, collaborate, and build trust under dynamic, fast-paced conditions. Structured around a powerful metaphor, the activity highlights how individual departments may pursue their own goals, yet must work together across teams to achieve the organization’s larger objectives.
Participants experience firsthand the importance of effective collaboration, strategic time management, and coordinated effort in achieving success. During the activity, sub-teams work on constructing their half of a bridge. Once time expires, all sub-teams come together to see if their sections align, illustrating the value of cross-team communication and planning.
Facilitators then guide a reflective discussion to assess successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, ensuring the lessons translate to real workplace dynamics. The ultimate goal of Bridge It is to overcome communication barriers, maximize limited resources, and demonstrate how strong teamwork can achieve results that no individual or department could accomplish alone.
This engaging program leaves participants with practical insights, strengthened collaboration, and a renewed appreciation for working as one cohesive team.

Space Requirement:
In addition to the main function space, another room is required. Both should be set-up with One (1) table per team (chairs required). 6’ tables with linen at the front of the room (only required in the main function space)
Set-up suggestion:
We recommend assigning each team their own table for easy collaboration. However, we can also adapt to your existing room layout.
